Things brokers ask us
Do I need to install anything on my website?
No. Your calculator lives on our servers. You just share a link. If you want to add a button to your own website pointing to your calculator link that takes one minute — but it is completely optional.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your agent visit history stays in your dashboard for 90 days after cancellation. You can export it any time. After 90 days it is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Can another Vylla office use my link?
Your link has your office name and city built into it. If someone else uses it they see your branding — not theirs. Each office needs their own link and subscription.
Can agents see who else has visited?
No. Agents only see their own calculator session. The dashboard is private to you and requires your login credentials to access.
How do I upgrade from monthly to annual?
Log into your dashboard and click Manage Subscription. Stripe handles the upgrade instantly and credits any time you have already paid toward your annual plan.
What happens when my trial expires?
Your calculator shows a subscription screen to visitors and your dashboard remains accessible. Subscribe and everything picks up exactly where it left off — all your agent visit data is preserved.
