Who we are

AgentEarningsCalculator.com is a recruiting tool for real estate brokerages. We provide a branded calculator that helps broker-owners demonstrate earning potential to prospective agents. Our contact email is hello@agentearningscalculator.com.

What information we collect

When you request a free trial or contact us through our website we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your brokerage name and city
• Information about how many agents you recruit

When agents use your branded calculator we record:

• Your office identifier and brokerage name
• Trial start and end dates
• Subscription status

We do not collect the personal information of agents who use the calculator. Agents enter their own data locally in their browser and it is not stored on our servers.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you your personalized trial link
• Track your free trial period and notify you before it expires
• Process your subscription payments securely through Stripe
• Send you important account and billing notifications
• Respond to your questions and support requests

What we never do

We will never:

• Sell your information to any third party
• Share your information with advertisers
• Use your data to market other products without your permission
• Store agent earnings data entered into the calculator

Third party services we use

We use a small number of trusted services to operate our platform:

• Supabase — stores trial and subscription records securely
• Stripe — processes all payments. We never see or store your full credit card number
• Resend — sends transactional emails like trial reminders and receipts
• Netlify — hosts our website and application
• Anthropic Claude — powers the recruiting assistant chat feature

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices. We only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their function.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription we retain basic records for 90 days and then delete them. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies and local browser storage only to remember your trial status. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels of any kind.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information including encrypted connections, secure third party storage through Supabase, and restricted access to your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure but we follow industry best practices to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy we will notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
